Your Mission:
- Prepare transport documentation and manage international shipments related to customers and products.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents, including invoices and export documentation, with international regulations.
- Act as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient shipment organization aligned with customer requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating challenges, coordinating transport solutions, and ensuring compliance with export procedures.
- Organize transport for international exhibitions under ATA Carnet procedures.
- Coordinate strategic imports utilizing multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road).
Your Profile:
- CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification
- Export certification/brevet is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar
- Experience with an ERP system
- Proven experience in an import/export department
- Experience with triangular trade flows
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus)
