Your Mission

  • Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture; influence the development team to ensure the solution meets requirements.
  • Define the qualifications plan for the prototype; conduct testing, analyze results, and present and commission the product at customers’ facilities.
  • Participate in product sustaining activities; define production tests and their acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise with concrete achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of defined objectives.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
  • Ideally 5 years in a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics).
  • Proficient with MATLAB/SIMULINK.
  • Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++.
  • Strong understanding of dynamic systems control.
  • Autonomous with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good communication abilities; fluent in English to engage with our global customers.
