About the Role
Our challenge is to find the right price for the right customer at the right time. In this key role, you will combine business judgment, quantitative analysis, and technical skills to conceptualize, design, and implement data-driven innovations that maximize revenue. Specifically, you will:
- Define, solve, and enhance mathematical and econometric models for Revenue Management (e.g., demand forecasting, price optimization, optimal product bundling, competitor intelligence).
- Apply statistics, operations research, and simulations to identify revenue opportunities and develop solutions to business problems.
- Leverage AI and automation to transform and modernize our Revenue Management tools and processes.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends, translating this knowledge into actionable initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations of complex information to peers, interfaces, and management.
- Collaborate with numerous stakeholders, focusing on teamwork, empathy, and reaching collective goals.
- Become a center of expertise, leading complex initiatives in the field of airline Revenue Management.

Requirements
- University master's degree (PhD is an asset) in a quantitative field.
- Strong business acumen; experience in Revenue Management is a plus.
- Solid knowledge in statistics, econometrics, and operations research with proven application to real business problems.
- Working proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, R) sufficient for developing and adapting models and tools.
- Comfort with AI and automation technologies.
- Curiosity and current understanding of market and industry developments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: ability to identify opportunities and drive projects forward independently.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated team player.
- Fluency in English.
