Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated SCM OPEX Specialist (m/f/d) to significantly contribute to Supply Chain Projects and Process Improvements at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland. You will be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management of OPEX Projects
- Elaborate and develop Supply Chain Processes and Improvements in collaboration with teams in Switzerland and global hubs
- Development and maintenance of Supply Chain Management Dashboards
- Lead and drive improvement initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Management and related areas, applying a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Champion and facilitate behavioral change and innovative solutions to foster ongoing performance improvement
- Select and apply the most suitable Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to devise training programs and knowledge management systems tailored to the organization's specific needs
- Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
- Support and collaborate on the Source-to-Pay process
- Exemplify a safety-first mindset, ensuring compliance with Accelleron’s HSE policies and standards to maintain a world-class healthy and safe working environment
Your Background
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business discipline with an understanding of Supply Chain processes
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience managing a diverse range of improvement projects within project management
- Lean Six Sigma green or black belt certification is an advantage
- Solution-oriented, autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive working style, with a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
