Your Crew

Join our Materials & Process (M&P) team and be at the forefront of designing innovative launcher structures for tomorrow's payloads. In our multicultural environment, you’ll work closely with experts on exciting projects for a diverse range of clients. You will support the manufacturing and testing of composite parts and have the opportunity to lead your own project. With us, every day brings unique opportunities to grow and excel. The M&P team is currently looking for an intern for a minimum duration of six months.

Your Mission:

• Write technical documentation to qualify materials and processes used in space applications.
• Define methods to characterize various material properties, including metals, composites, paints, and other materials integral to our products.
• Supervise the manufacturing and testing of specimens.
• Analyze test data and provide interpretations based on the theoretical knowledge gained during your studies.
• Develop new manufacturing concepts and conduct their validation.

Your Story:

• Master's or Bachelor's student in Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering, at least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor’s program.
• Very good German language skills (minimum B2-C1) and fluency in English for effective daily communication.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and/or with composite materials (CFRP) is a plus, but not essential; you're here to learn!
• A critical thinker who enjoys tackling challenges and independently finding optimal, rational solutions.
• An excellent team player ready to collaborate with others.
