Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, housing essential research and development functions. We are currently seeking a talented individual for our long-term client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, located in Kaiseraugst.

Background:

The Materials Management Organization is a significant pillar within the site, encompassing the management of production planning, local procurement, materials planning, and master data. As a Master Data Manager, you will be part of a dedicated community, reporting directly to the Unit Lead Master Data.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work within a supply chain-driven make assess release process area, understanding technical connections and interdependencies to combine changes and define the necessary steps for implementation.
• Develop a future-fit master data strategy, including system standardization, monitoring, and maintenance of master data.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing lead time and enhancing data quality through standardization, automation (e.g., RPA), and data/process improvements, along with corresponding data analytics.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Master Data management within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with GxP understanding.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data maintenance processes (including S4 Hana, MDG-M).
• Ability to identify, maintain, and optimize data and processes along with the associated documentation.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Capacity to make timely decisions based on thorough analysis while demonstrating deep business insight.
• Goal-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong customer focus.
• Effective communicator with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive, and analytically minded with a strategic approach.
