Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to support our client, F. Hoffmann–La Roche Ltd., within the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site. In this role, you will oversee global logistics operations, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective distribution of drug products across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
- Monitor stock availability and execute transfer and order-to-cash processes.
- Drive performance monitoring and manage resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize transportation and logistics operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for decision-making.
- Strategic agility, linking responsibilities with the organization's mission and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Goal-oriented and persistent; takes accountability for commitments while recognizing the contributions of teammates.
