Background:

The Materials Management Organization is a crucial pillar within our site, encompassing the management of production planning, local procurement, materials planning, and master data. As a Master Data Manager, you will be part of a dynamic community, reporting directly to the Unit Lead of Master Data.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a supply chain-driven make-assess-release process, understanding technical connections and interdependencies to define the necessary steps for successful changes.
• Develop and implement a robust master data strategy focused on future readiness, including standardization of systems, as well as monitoring and maintaining master data.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing lead time and enhancing data quality via standardization, automation (e.g., RPA), or data/process improvements, while incorporating relevant data analytics.

Must Haves:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Master Data management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with GxP knowledge.
• Strong expertise in SAP master data maintenance processes (including S4 Hana, MDG-M).
• Proficient in identifying, maintaining, and optimizing data and processes, as well as their corresponding documentation.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to make timely decisions based on thorough analysis while consistently demonstrating strong business insight.
• Goal-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong customer focus.
• Effective communicator with outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining constructive relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and team members.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive, and analytical, with a smart approach to problem-solving.
