Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, with important research and development functions located here. For our long-term client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Customer Logistics Manager.

Background

The Global Supply Chain Operations Organization centrally manages supply, inventory, and replenishment planning for drug products, connecting markets directly to the global manufacturing network. Within this end-to-end framework, the Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for trading and delivering semi-finished (SEMP) and finished goods (FG) to third-party customer markets worldwide. This role ensures high service levels, right-first-time order fulfillment, and full compliance for product and document supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure global market supply to third-party customers on time in full, at the right quality and cost.
• Partner with various interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging.
• Continuously improve the cost-to-serve model (including KPI metrics).
• Leverage data for decision-making using analytics, simulation tools, and customer insights.
• Drive efficiency by identifying value-adding and productivity-enhancing opportunities through technology and data.
• Collaborate with different functions in the markets to understand changes that may impact supply and align with planning functions to adjust the Replenishment Plan.
• Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up (including master data).

Must Haves

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent specialized training).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
