Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL production and control processes
- Facilitate the transfer of production to lower-cost countries
- Enhance production logistics and cost efficiency
- Conduct production audits to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Assist in troubleshooting defects and malfunctions while defining sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with relevant norms, regulations, and internal processes
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experimentation on new and existing products
- Write operating instructions for production
- Lead a technical team to resolve outstanding issues
- Oversee and follow through on investment projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field; experience in a company with similar products is a plus
- Good knowledge of statistical methods
- Understanding of the interaction between specific disciplines and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess the corresponding pros and cons
- Able to understand the logistical and financial impacts of processes and production flows
- Fluent in English
