Your Mission
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture; influence the development team and demonstrate that the solution meets the requirements.
- Define the qualifications plan for the prototype; conduct testing, analyze results, and present the product at customer facilities.
- Engage in product sustaining activities and define production tests and their acceptance criteria.
- Bring strong expertise and proven achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is a plus.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of defined development objectives.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Control or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics).
- Proficient in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team; strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (exposure to a worldwide clientele).
