Our technologies are actively employed by clients across more than 100 countries, supporting diverse manufacturing operations in sectors such as plastics, electronics, and converting.
From our central Zurich office, the Spur Insights team collaborates closely with customers, partners, and our internal data science and engineering teams globally. We are currently seeking a senior leader focused on AI commercialization and strategic alliances to help drive solution adoption and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI commercialization initiatives, ensuring clear positioning, adoption, and measurable business impact across global markets.
- Build and manage strategic alliances with industry organizations, system integrators, technology partners, and standards bodies.
- Represent Spur Insights in high-level customer, partner, and industry forums.
- Ensure acceptance of key Spur Insights technologies through global standards bodies.
- Translate complex AI and data science capabilities into compelling, customer-facing value propositions.
- Support business development by contributing to strategic customer engagements, proposals, and partnership discussions.
- Identify new partnership, ecosystem, and growth opportunities across priority regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience guiding and directing international standardization activities in the industrial automation and data management areas.
- Demonstrated history of successfully commercializing AI, data science, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Deep understanding of designing, positioning, and deploying custom and scalable AI solutions in industrial automation.
- Experience in building and managing industrial strategic alliances and partner ecosystems.
- Strong operational experience at both strategic and hands-on levels within a management team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders in India, China, and Japan.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or machine intelligence is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
