Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As an (Assistant) Manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs efficiently. Our team supports clients with the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will advise on US tax returns and compliance topics and finalize US tax returns before delivery.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US resident and non-resident taxpayers, including various forms specific to US residents with activities outside the United States.
• Review and sign tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations, leading various tasks related to the successful delivery of Global Mobility programs for our clients.
• Oversee the completion of tasks and the quality of work done by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies to ensure consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise our clients on the tax and social security implications related to global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and the taxation of complex compensation such as severance payments and incentive income.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You have 5+ years of US tax experience/knowledge and hold relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or at a “Big 4” firm is a plus.
• You are curious, take the initiative, enjoy responsibility, and prefer working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
