About the Role
As a Junior AI Data Engineer, you will enhance the technical delivery of an innovative AI project by designing graph-based knowledge structures. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of nine to accelerate the final development phase before the system goes live.
Work Tasks
- Design and implement graph data models: Define entities, relationships, and graph schemas to support knowledge graph use cases and retrieval.
- Develop and optimize Neo4j-based solutions: Build and refine graph queries, data ingestion logic, and relationship structures that facilitate knowledge graph construction.
- Support knowledge graph integration into retrieval layer: Work on extracting entities and relationships and integrating them with retrieval mechanisms to enable graph-based querying and insights.
We Are Looking For
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience with Graph Modeling
- Basic understanding of AI-driven workflows and semantic search
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Informatics
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Neo4j
It Is Meritorious If You Have:
- Experience with Databricks or Azure environments
- Previous experience in a project-based IT delivery environment
- Knowledge of the German language
