Job Description
- Installation, adjustment, and upgrading of equipment
- Troubleshooting across all our production equipment
- Cleaning, repairing, or replacing defective elements
- Managing the permanent availability of equipment
- Drafting technical intervention sheets (machine maintenance dossier) and providing information at the level of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Participating in the improvement of maintenance procedures
- Implementing more efficient devices to increase the performance and longevity of machines
- Keeping track of innovation in the relevant field
We Expect
- A vocational diploma in automation or equivalent (solid general technical knowledge in mechanics, computing, electricity, electrotechnics, hydraulics, and pneumatics)
- Proficiency in reading plans, diagrams, and technical notices
- Manual skills: speed of execution and precision
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly in emergencies
- Sense of responsibility and awareness of production priorities
- Analytical ability in case of failure and a decisive mindset
- Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and engaging in human contact
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of German and English is an asset
