Your Future Responsibilities
- Adjusting and setting up CNC milling machines (3 and 5 axes).
- Ensuring quality control of your production.
- Managing series changes and reworking parts as necessary.
- Communicating any non-conformities and halting production when required.
- Handling machine programming.
- Collaborating with the team on a 3x8 shift schedule.
Your Profile
- You hold a CFC in polymechanics or production mechanics.
- You are proficient with common computer tools.
- You possess strong skills in machining, milling, and turning techniques.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland.
- You are meticulous, dynamic, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude.
