We are currently seeking a Building Technician - Automation Specialist (M/F) for one of our valued clients.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the general maintenance of buildings, including the cleanliness of common areas and management of small restoration work (electrical equipment, solar installations, light carpentry, minor sanitation work, ventilation, etc.).
- Act as a true local point of contact by ensuring the reception of service providers, monitoring technical interventions, and overseeing the smooth progress of work.
- Commission communication gateways with the engineer.
- Ensure building surveillance and report any malfunctions or inappropriate behavior.
- Occasionally conduct inspection visits or accompany third parties (service providers, experts, visitors) on site.
Your Profile
- You possess a vocational diploma as an electrician or automation technician.
- Proven experience in a similar role within concierge or building maintenance.
- You are proficient with computer tools, computer-assisted maintenance management (GMAO), and production systems.
- You are a versatile, hands-on, and resourceful individual.
- You have a sense of responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to solve daily minor issues.
- Autonomous, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills and great discretion.
- A driver's license is essential.
