Operator MAB (m/f/d) - Downstream Processing (DSP)

Project Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Operator MAB (m/f/d) to join the Large Molecules Manufacturing (MAB) team at our client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting GMP-compliant upstream processing activities for monoclonal antibody production

Your contributions will facilitate the efficient transfer-in of Ocre and support the manufacturing of clinical and PPQ batches in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing of raw materials
• Sampling
• Laboratory work: Cell counting, pH measurements, etc.
• Supporting plant maintenance activities
• Cleaning tasks
• Material management in local storage areas

Must Haves

• Minimum vocational degree with a technical background; ideally Biotechnologist
• At least 1 year of experience in a Pharmaceutical/GMP production environment
• Physical capability to support weighing processes and handle raw materials
• Basic MS Office skills and experience with MES/PLS electronic documentation systems
• Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) in both speaking and writing
• Strong teamwork skills

Work Details

Shift Model: 6/4

Work Environment: GMP-regulated cleanroom environments (Zone C/D)

Workload: 100%
