Join Our Team as a QC Lead

Become part of a high-performing Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) team, where your expertise in quality assurance is essential for maintaining seamless site operations. Proclinical is seeking a QC Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring that quality standards are met. In this position, you will author and review quality-related records, facilitate collaboration between QA and QC teams, and drive process improvements.

This role requires a proactive individual who possesses strong analytical chemistry expertise and a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. Please note that only applications matching the job profile will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Author change requests, investigations, and deviations, including conducting root-cause analyses and defining Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Provide guidance and review quality-related records to ensure timely completion and adherence to internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between QA and QC teams to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Support additional quality-related tasks as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP topics, including OOX data integrity.
• Proven experience in authoring quality-relevant records such as deviations and change requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Business-fluent English; basic German skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated competencies in agility, business acumen, collaboration, customer focus, results orientation, and leadership.
