Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead the legal entity setup and rebranding stream of a significant global carve-out program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the legal entity setup and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the rebranding efforts, aligning all stakeholders to the new corporate identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliver results.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of legal entity setups and rebranding processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.
