Your Mission

Job Description:

• Legal Advisory: Join our thought-leading in-house legal team to provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across all organizational sectors. Implement measures to enhance the delivery of these services.
• Corporate Legal Support: Negotiate and draft agreements throughout the Climeworks Group while serving as the primary point of contact and resident expert on corporate law matters.
• Commercial Partnership: Embrace a diverse array of legal and commercial matters to support the achievement of the company's objectives enthusiastically.
• Legal Operations: Coordinate external legal support and design scalable, cost-effective approaches to legal work.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment among client groups and their missions.

Your Story

Requirements:

• Mission-Driven: A passionate individual eager to help develop the industry and accelerate the journey to net zero.
• Legal Expertise: A qualified lawyer with a robust background in corporate law and finance, commercial contracts, and business transactions. Experience in areas such as employment law, technology transactions, public policy, or project finance is a plus.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, often-changing, international work environment.
• Working Style & Mindset: Known for an efficient, reliable working style with strong financial literacy and a business mindset.
• Curiosity: Enjoy understanding technology and are committed to lifelong learning and exploring new areas of interest.

• Language Skills: Strong business fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
