Lab Technician HPLC – 7050
Our client, a global leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients within both the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is seeking a Lab Technician based in Visp, Switzerland for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Main Responsibilities:
- Join our Quality Control team and perform analytical methods in accordance with SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations, with a focused expertise in HPLC analyses.
- Adhere to quality guidelines while executing practical laboratory work and essential administrative tasks, including detailing results and crafting work instructions.
- Support laboratory maintenance by taking responsibility for equipment and ensuring that the laboratory remains clean and organized.
- Engage in close cooperation with shift workers, managing a variety of responsibilities within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Swiss or EU citizen with the right to work in Switzerland.
- Trained laboratory technician, CTA, or a BSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry or a similar educational background.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC.
- Work experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
- You are conscientious, structured, and responsible, capable of adjusting flexibly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in either English or German is required, preferably with basic skills in the other language.
