About the Role
Our client, an international trading company based in Geneva, is seeking an Office Coordinator. From day one, you will assume significant responsibilities that will directly influence the smooth operation of the office. Work Tasks
- Manage email, mail, and documentation flow for the office.
- Provide physical and phone reception for visitors and external contacts.
- Support employees in their daily tasks.
- Organize and manage travel bookings, among other duties.
We Are Looking For
- A recent completion of training as a commercial employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent.
- New graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Good knowledge of Geneva's administrative procedures.
- Residency in Switzerland.
