Junior Meeting Planner (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland

Full-time position, located in Zürich. As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting meetings—whether live, hybrid, or virtual. You will serve as the first point of contact for our service providers and partners, as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, promoting constant exchange and ensuring that colleagues and service providers have all the relevant information. You will also help maintain the budget and targets of your projects, coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades, and support partners. During the implementation of the events, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning; experience with pharmaceutical clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules while meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills, projecting a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are considered an asset.
