Job Highlights

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional with a strong background in Chinese cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Extensive experience in various noodle and rice dishes
• Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages
• In-depth understanding of Chinese dishes
• Proficiency with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as the wok
• Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences
• Assistance in meal preparation and planning
• Recruitment and training of new kitchen staff to uphold our restaurant’s high standards

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality is preferred
• A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland
• Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, with an emphasis on Indo-Chinese cooking techniques
• Proficiency in German would be advantageous
