Nanny Position Available in Vandœuvres, Geneva

BeeBoo is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced nanny for a family in Vandœuvres. This position is geared towards a candidate who is eager to invest long-term in building a trusting relationship with the children. The family is expecting their second child, due in November 2026.

Position Overview

The selected nanny will initially join the family on a part-time basis (approximately 50%), gradually transitioning to a full-time role as the family grows. This will allow the nanny to connect with the elder child and ease into the family dynamic.

• Warm, gentle, and caring individual with a natural affinity for children.
• Experience with newborns and comfort in engaging with a 5-year-old.
• Ability to stimulate children through creative activities, games, outings, and age-appropriate developmental experiences.
• Proactive and organized, with a familial spirit and a knack for easing daily life.
• Capable of anticipating needs without waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable with travel and occasional flexibility to accompany the family.

Position Details

The role will begin at around 50% capacity, with scheduling to be discussed with the family, and is expected to evolve into a full-time position. The general work week will be from Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the family’s needs, including potential shifts to 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend babysitting may also be requested.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English, Arabic, or German.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to assist with daily life, such as meals organization and preparation.
