EXPERIENCED NANNY - CDI 50% - GENEVA 1204 - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

BeeBoo is seeking a dynamic, attentive, and proactive nanny for a family based in Geneva to care for their 2-year-old daughter. This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with a schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

SCHEDULE

The child attends kindergarten on Tuesday to Friday mornings. The nanny will take over every afternoon and accompany her until the parents return. The family values quality, stimulating care suitable for an active 2-year-old, with afternoons filled with outings, games, and learning activities.

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Total: 20 hours per week – 50% position

Monday is not a working day, though some flexibility is appreciated for occasional extended hours or additional family needs, as agreed with the nanny.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The nanny will be responsible for:

• Taking care of the child after kindergarten
• Ensuring her well-being, safety, and routines
• Proposing various, age-appropriate stimulating activities
• Organizing outings, walks, games, and learning activities
• Encouraging independence and supporting development
• Preparing and providing snacks and meals depending on the schedule
• Ensuring hygiene and comfort
• Keeping her belongings and spaces clean and organized
• Communicating fluidly with parents and ensuring continuity in routines

Please note that the position is primarily dedicated to the child; general home maintenance is managed separately.

DESIRED PROFILE

The family is looking for a candidate who:

• Has confirmed experience caring for children around 2 years old, ideally in private families
• Is dynamic, energetic, and proactive
• Is gentle, warm, and attentive while effectively stimulating a young child
• Can take initiative and suggest activities spontaneously
• Is reliable, punctual, organized, and autonomous
• Desires to make this position a primary focus for availability
• Possesses a strong command of English, ideally with excellent oral proficiency; good French is accepted
• Ideally holds a driver's license, although this is not essential

Reasonable use of the phone during care hours is expected to prioritize attentive presence and interactions with the child.

FLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL

The family may occasionally request the nanny to accompany them on trips, particularly to Italy or Chamonix, always with pre-agreed arrangements. A valid passport is therefore desired, and while a driver's license is beneficial for these travels, it is not mandatory as the family can arrange transportation otherwise.
