Experienced Nanny – CDI 65% to 80%

Location: Geneva – Old Town | Starting: October 1, 2026

BeeBoo is assisting a private family located in the heart of Geneva's Old Town in their search for an experienced, gentle, and reliable nanny to care for their 11-month-old daughter.

The Position

This is a part-time permanent position, scheduled from Monday to Thursday.

The family is currently considering two arrangements based on the status of daycare placement:

• With a daycare spot – approximately 27 hours/week (65%): The nanny will primarily pick the child up from daycare on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 PM and care for her until 5:30 PM. Tuesdays will be a full day, approximately from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Thursdays will include childcare as well as light support at home when the mother is present.
• Without a daycare spot – approximately 32 hours/week (80%): Childcare will be organized from Monday to Thursday, approximately from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The final schedule will be confirmed as soon as the family receives the daycare’s response.

Your Role with the Family

Your priority will be the well-being and development of this little girl, which includes:

• Daily care and supervision
• Meal preparation and support
• Naps, walks, outings, play, and age-appropriate activities

You will also ensure a pleasant and organized environment around the child and may provide light support in the home as needed. Occasional babysitting may also be offered as a complement to the regular schedule.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are primarily looking for a trustworthy nanny with excellent experience with babies and young children. The ideal candidate will be:

• Gentle, attentive, and caring
• Independent, organized, and proactive
• Knowledgeable of the Geneva area and comfortable organizing outings and activities with a young child
• Fluent in French, English, or Spanish with verifiable professional references from private families

Some flexibility for occasional babysitting will be particularly appreciated.
