HOME NANNY – Arabic or German Speaker with a Vehicle

BeeBoo is seeking an experienced, warm, and proactive nanny for a family based in Vandœuvres, Geneva. This position offers an opportunity to build a sustainable and trusting relationship with children and their family as they prepare for the arrival of their second child, scheduled for November 2026.

Position Overview

The selected nanny will initially work part-time (approximately 50%) and transition to a full-time role (100%) upon the arrival of the new baby. This gradual integration allows the nanny to familiarize herself with the family and nurture a bond with their 5-year-old child.

Profile Sought

We are looking for a compassionate, gentle, and caring individual who is naturally comfortable with children and possesses experience with newborns. Key qualities include:

• A love for engaging with a 5-year-old through creative activities, games, and outings.
• A proactive and organized nature, able to anticipate needs without always waiting for instructions.
• A genuine family spirit, enjoying the dynamics of daily life and contributing positively to the home environment.

Please note, the role does not include housekeeping duties as a cleaner is already employed; however, participation in light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying, running small errands, and meal preparation (such as cooking dinner) is expected.

Job Organization

The position is set to begin as soon as possible with an initial commitment of around 50%, evolving to full-time (100%) over time. The anticipated schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility appreciated based on the family's needs, occasionally adjusting to hours such as 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. There may also be opportunities for occasional babysitting in the evenings or weekends.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable with travel and flexible in accompanying the family when needed.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic or German is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Contract Type: CDI
• Hours: Approximately 50% at the start, evolving to 100%.
