Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mise en place and table preparation.
- Deliver dishes and provide support during service.
- Clear tables and uphold cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Support the service team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and LQA, while driving continuous improvement.
- Uphold daily service protocols and standards.
- Regularly review and update guest CARDEX profiles.
- Build guest loyalty and promote the hotel’s offerings.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any safety concerns or unusual situations to management.
- Prepare and organize the assigned service station or restaurant area.
- Welcome and advise guests on menu and wine selections.
- Take orders and ensure accuracy in service delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Participate in and oversee daily billing and cash handling procedures.
Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Demis-Chefs de Rang and Commis de Rang.
- Ensure adherence to LQA standards.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and guest focus.
General Requirements
- Willingness to assist other food and beverage outlets as needed.
