Your Tasks
- Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and individual parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM).
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
- Request and execute engine modifications.
- Control executed modifications and configurations on single parts and assemblies.
- Complete assigned work on time while ensuring the quality of work.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
- Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
- Measure control of the assemblies in mounted conditions.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner with independent self-control of performed orders.
- Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and ensure timely implementation of defined actions.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with a specialization in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
- An open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP.
- Knowledge of the English language (level B1); proficiency in German is a plus.
