Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the conceptualization and development of global visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure consistent application of the visual merchandising guidelines across various markets and stores.
- Translate conceptual directives into inspiring retail experiences while considering the nuances of a dynamic multibrand environment.
- Oversee collaboration with external visual merchandising agencies, from conception and production to installation, ensuring close coordination with retail, stores, sales, marketing, and brands.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional support to store teams.
- Actively participate in transformations with a strong presence in the markets—ranging from store openings and rollouts to the implementation of new concepts.
- Be prepared for international travel up to approximately 80% of the time.
