Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards at GRACE outlets. Your contributions will include:
- Organizing, developing, and enhancing food and beverage operational processes.
- Creating memorable, individualized experiences for our guests.
- Taking responsibility for various parts of the operational process.
- Ensuring timely resolution of guest challenges independently.
- Engaging with dining guests to gather feedback on customer service.
- Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and managing outstanding bills.
- Providing training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Supporting team management for approximately 20 employees, making solutions-oriented decisions.
- Planning team members' work schedules in line with operational needs.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
