We are seeking a Development Project Manager to join a leading UK multi-site retail operator with an ambitious investment programme focused on modernising and expanding its national estate. This role is central to the business's retail growth strategy, involving everything from flagship refurbishments and store extensions to major redevelopments and food-to-go partnerships.

Working closely with Retail, Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams, you will transform sites into modern, commercially optimized destinations that enrich the customer journey while ensuring strong returns on investment.

The Role

This position goes beyond traditional construction project management. You will bridge the gap between development and retail operations, ensuring projects are designed and executed with a keen focus on customer experience and commercial performance.

Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing them from detailed design to practical completion while minimizing disruption to trading and maximizing value, quality, and delivery speed.
