Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will lead the global Talent Acquisition function, crafting and executing a forward-thinking recruiting strategy, operating model, and governance structure that supports business growth and workforce transformation. You will enhance the recruitment ecosystem by leveraging data, technology, and process optimization to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will align workforce planning and talent priorities while developing robust recruiting capabilities to ensure global standards and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the global insourced recruiting model and operating structure to enhance business growth through efficient recruitment services.
  • Advise senior leadership and HR on talent acquisition strategies, hiring priorities, and labor market trends.
  • Oversee recruitment targets in alignment with business needs, monitoring KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance and manage the recruiting infrastructure, including the Workday Recruiting module, careers page, and various third-party channels.
  • Continuously optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers globally.
  • Drive transformation initiatives within talent acquisition, including insourcing models, process optimization, and change management.
  • Stay informed on technological developments and industry trends to implement practical improvements.
  • Manage vendor contracts in collaboration with Procurement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Accountable for the global recruiting budget and maintain up-to-date guidelines while training hiring managers as necessary.
  • Support local HR in adapting recruitment processes to meet global standards and ensure compliance with local laws and governance standards.

Your Background

  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strategic mindset capable of translating business strategies into innovative talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across HR and external stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in designing and optimizing global talent acquisition models and governance frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen, using data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled solutions for digital talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Strong project management abilities with a history of successfully leading global transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing external vendors and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of global recruitment compliance and employment practices, balancing global standards with local requirements.
  • A growth mindset focused on innovation and improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
