Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for global product management in Service for our High-Speed Segment, overseeing a portfolio of service offerings and creating value for our customers throughout the lifecycle of their turbocharger products.
You will report to the Head of Service Agreements and be an integral part of the Global Product Management Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the service offering portfolio for end-users and OEMs, ensuring the profitability of the service products under your responsibility; with a focus on High-Speed applications (product owner of Turbo UptimeCare).
- Further develop the service offering portfolio in accordance with the Service strategy, the roadmap outlined in the Product Market Strategy, and maintain direct alignment with the High-Speed Division.
- Lead business projects related to the development of the service offering portfolio; provide and evaluate business cases based on customer values and market potential.
- Interact and align closely with our global service sales organization across 50 countries; support local sales teams within the network; design and conduct product training sessions.
- Support R&D projects to bridge the voice of the customer with internal functions; collaborate closely with Product Managers from other Product Divisions to ensure a cohesive approach to customer-specific lifecycle solutions.
- Capture the voice of the customer by participating in customer meetings and attending relevant trade fairs.
- Contribute to market intelligence gathering and support business development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of service-related tools and processes.
Your Background
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or as an entrepreneur.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and success in international and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and strategic insights.
- Robust business and financial acumen, including pricing strategies and business case evaluations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
