Your Role

As a Functional/Technical Trainer, you will:

• Deliver practical, hands-on training to technical staff according to role-specific requirements.
• Support the onboarding process by conducting initial technical training sessions.
• Ensure all training content is aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to ensure consistent training quality and documentation.
• Provide feedback and evaluation of participants to support their development.
• Assist in updating and improving training materials and methods.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs in cooperation with technical departments and learning workshops.

Your Profile

• Vocational qualification in a technical field (e.g., aircraft maintenance, mechanics, or engineering).
• Additional training in adult education or a strong interest in developing teaching skills.
• Hands-on experience in a technical or MRO environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
• High level of English (C1); German is a plus.
