How You Can Make an Impact

• Continuously challenge and optimize customer journeys and business processes using data-driven insights and best practices from across the insurance industry.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into well-defined functional requirements.
• Leverage your Guidewire functional knowledge to shape scalable and efficient solutions.
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design activities across Policy, Billing, or Claims domains.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and ideally have gained first work experience in insurance or a major consulting firm.
• Experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter). ClaimCenter knowledge is a plus.
• Deep understanding of core insurance processes and data flows, ideally supported by practical experience in policy administration or claims.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate business language into system logic.
• Experience in agile project environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills—able to build trust with both business leaders and technical experts.
