The Role

As a Founding Marketer, your mission will be to build an AI-forward marketing function that helps SaveSpace scale to €10M+ ARR. This role is far from traditional; we seek one exceptional operator who can leverage AI agents, automation, and strategic positioning to accomplish what typically requires a small team.

You will take ownership of the 1-to-many growth engine, focusing on:

• Brand authority
• Demand generation
• Content creation
• Website conversion
• Lifecycle marketing

For the first 6 to 12 months, you will predominantly work independently, with a clear pathway to build and lead a team as we scale.

What You'll Build

Your goal is to establish the leading digital storage platform in Europe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and optimizing SaveSpace's growth engine across website, conversion, tracking, lead quality, CRM handover, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.
• Building SaveSpace's brand and category leadership through clear positioning, proprietary market insights, customer stories, and partnerships.
• Managing the customer-facing UX and brand experience across our website, booking flows, landing pages, campaigns, and other key touchpoints, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Creating content and creative assets to support case studies, sales materials, and social media efforts.
• Establishing a scalable marketing system through reusable templates, messaging frameworks, automation, and effective partnerships with external designers, copywriters, creators, and specialists.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as the primary or secondary marketing hire at a direct-to-consumer startup, ideally within a platform or marketplace similar to our dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying agentic AI workflows in a production environment, such as outbound research agents, enrichment funnels, programmatic content systems, lifecycle automation, custom GPTs, Claude projects, Clay workflows, Lindy agents, n8n automations, or similar.
• Strong content creation abilities across positioning, landing pages, and social media.
• Robust demand-generation instincts encompassing inbound, outbound support, events, lifecycle management, and conversion.
• A comfort with ambiguity and innovative, zero-to-one initiatives.
• Fluency in both German and English, as initial customer-facing communication and brand building will primarily focus on the DACH market.
