Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Planning event details and room reservations for up to 500 guests, including consultations and meticulous arrangements, as well as up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships while providing on-site support.
• Conducting site inspections and overseeing the seamless handover of events to operational departments.
• Managing financial aspects by creating deposit invoices, controlling final invoices, and handling general correspondence.
• Utilizing various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera, and Reserve.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have experience in planning events within a hotel environment. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role; knowledge of any additional languages is an advantage.
