Meeting Planner (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland

Full-time position, located in Zürich.

As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting meetings—whether live, hybrid, or virtual. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our service providers and partners, as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side. Your role involves actively and passionately promoting constant communication, providing colleagues and service providers with all relevant information, and ensuring that the budget and targets of your projects remain current and adhered to. You will coordinate the procurement of service providers and partners and ensure that events run smoothly during implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience with pharmaceutical clients is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities enable you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules while setting and meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and cooperation skills; you present yourself confidently and courteously at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
