Join our Finance Transformation Consulting team and help our clients successfully manage global challenges. Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. They assess clients' business needs and create customized, integrated solutions by leveraging the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management space.
• Your focus will span from strategic design to technical implementation.
• In collaboration with our Finance Transformation team, you will partner with some of the world’s leading technology providers, integrating their tools with our proven expertise to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.
• You will be involved in designing and implementing the latest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, using leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze our clients' financial and controlling processes while evaluating the best use of analytics and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a university degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting and the design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• You demonstrate strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with one or more technological solutions.
• You possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in both English and German and are willing to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
