Your Tasks

• Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals
• Perform final engine test run of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals
• Conduct Borescope inspection after the test run
• Troubleshoot on the test cell
• Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders
• Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations
• Continuously improve executed processes, aiming to enhance quality and reduce production costs

Your Profile

• Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), with borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, working independently with precision and a strong sense of responsibility
• Solid problem-solving abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills
• Comfortable working in a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach
• Strong team player with an open-minded, dedicated attitude
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily work
• Good command of MS Office and SAP; English at B2 level, with German as a plus
