Your Tasks

• Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Performing the final engine test run of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Conducting Borescope inspections following the test run.
• Troubleshooting on the test cell.
• Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
• Documenting activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
• Focusing on continuous improvement of executed processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.

Your Profile

• A technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), with borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, with the ability to work independently, exercising precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Solid problem-solving abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach.
• A strong team player with an open-minded and dedicated attitude.
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in daily work.
• Good command of MS Office and SAP; English at B2 level, with German as a plus.
