Your Tasks

• Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Perform final engine test run of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
• Conduct Borescope inspections after the test run.
• Troubleshoot issues in the test cell.
• Execute tasks in a timely manner and maintain independent self-control over performed orders.
• Document activities in accordance with regulations.
• Continuously improve executed processes, focusing on enhancing quality and reducing production costs.

Your Profile

• Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), with a borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, able to work independently with precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Solid problem-solving abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach.
• A strong team player with an open-minded and dedicated attitude.
• High awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily work.
• Good command of MS Office and SAP; English at B2 level, with German as a plus.
