EMEA Field Product Specialist Electrophysiology – Switzerland

We are seeking an EMEA Field Product Specialist to drive the clinical adoption and effective utilization of both existing and emerging technologies across the region. In this role, you will support healthcare professionals, accelerate the successful introduction of new solutions, and help translate marketing strategies into impactful field execution.

Objectives of the Position

• New Products (NP) Clinical Strategy Development and Deployment:
  • Create success in the adoption of NP and maximize its usage since launch.
  • Establish relationships with NP users and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across EMEA, linking NP usage with the latest clinical strategies, particularly for AF treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical department to ensure a positive clinical and scientific impact of NP based on current KOL usage of systems and catheters.
  • Work closely with Marketing (EMEA, NPM, Global Marketing) and R&D to support the smooth introduction of new technologies.
  • Support the WW Clinical Marketing team in identifying critical-to-success clinical claims and assist in clinical claim validation.
  • Implement marketing strategies in the field, focusing on critical-to-success product applications.
  • Ensure the local clinical teams fully understand and deploy strategies for rapid and effective therapy adoption.
  • Collaborate with local Clinical Managers and Clinical Specialists to maximize the utilization of CARTO™ 3 Systems and emerging technologies, particularly in the AF sector.
• Navigation/AF KOL Management:
  • Establish strong relationships with all EMEA KOLs and meet CSS to define clinical advice and support between KOLs and labs.
  • Facilitate robust communication regarding the latest AF treatment options using our technologies.
  • Maximize KOL adoption of CARTO™ 3 and new technologies in AF treatment.
  • Represent the Clinical HUB within EMEA alongside fellow CDM members, ensuring productive communication.
  • Maximize assigned Territory Utilization per system.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all subordinates adhere to Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, with the necessary resources available.
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Electrophysiology Field in a clinical role, ideally with sales and marketing experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA (~50% of the time), including potential weekend travel/work.
• Technical and clinical knowledge in Electrophysiology, enabling support for EP cases and effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize relevant information systematically.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in managing expectations of internal and external partners.
• Customer-centric mindset, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and address customer needs through timely program/project implementation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering information in various formal and informal settings.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities, with the intention to work effectively towards shared goals.
