Position Overview: Electrician, Automation Mechanic Specialist

As an Electrician, Automation Mechanic Specialist, you will inspect various complex engine harnesses and ensure the quality of the manufacturer in accordance with effective regulations. You will create orders based on inspection results and repair the harnesses. In the event of technical problems, you will consult with engineering for clarifications.

Your Tasks

• Evaluate the technical condition of the harnesses according to effective regulations
• Create job orders based on inspection results
• Set timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts
• Repair and test parts according to work scope
• Perform in-process inspections and final inspections
• Consult with engineering in case of findings outside of acceptable limits
• Create documentation to allocate the condition of parts to customers
• Certify harnesses
• Conduct internal audits (5S)
• Ensure continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, and cost-efficiency
• Adhere to the company’s safety and quality regulations at all times
• Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean working space

Your Profile

• Completion of a 3 to 4-year apprenticeship as an electrician, automation mechanic, or equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously and accurately
• Strong team player
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
• English proficiency at a minimum level of A2
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
