As a High Voltage Lab Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team of scientists and technicians dedicated to pioneering the future of high voltage technology. How You Will Make an Impact
- Run and maintain state-of-the-art high voltage labs
- Actively participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of high voltage tests
- Collaborate closely with a team of scientists and technicians in research
- Contribute to the definition of safe testing practices in the lab during all phases of experiments, with support from local HSE partners and the research team
- Engage with partners in adjacent Hitachi Energy high voltage labs and business units
What You Will Bring
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of a Bachelor level (FH)
- Proven experience in lab work, including experimental setup and advanced measurement methods
- Familiarity with lab integrated programming using LabView, Matlab, or Python is highly valued
- Data analysis skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a high voltage lab is advantageous
- Conversational proficiency in English is required; a strong knowledge of German is appreciated
