YOUR PROFILE

Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of others? At Collège Alpin Beau Soleil, we are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team in an 80% position, with a start date to be agreed upon. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service and enjoys the dynamic nature of the role. As our Driver, you will hold a vital responsibility for transporting our students safely and efficiently across the beautiful Villars-sur-Ollon region and beyond.

In addition to driving, this role involves maintaining our fleet and ensuring vehicles are kept in excellent condition and ready for travel. Responsibilities also include running essential school errands, such as transporting important documents from embassies, and providing support during our vibrant Summer Camp.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport students to and from various locations.
• Regular inspection and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Refuel vehicles at least twice a week.
• Run errands to embassies for passport/visa pick-up and drop-off.
• Conduct various school errands as required.
• During the winter, ensure vehicles are cleared of snow and prepared for emergency use.
• Serve as a Driver during the Summer Camp.
• Occasional travel to foreign countries (Europe).

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Possession of a D, DE, or 95 driving license (essential).
• Holder of the Certificate of Capacity under the Swiss Chauffeur Admission Ordinance (OACP).
• Proficiency in French and/or English.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Several years of experience as a driver, specifically in passenger transport.
• Discreet and efficient in handling responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with children, with the ability to command respect.
• Service-oriented, capable of responding to parents' requests professionally.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Resilient under stress and capable of driving in various terrains, including snow.
