Boarding Assistant / Boarding Assistant

Collège Alpin Beau-Soleil SA - April 29, 2026

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we believe it’s what you do that counts. This philosophy holds true in all that we do as staff and for our students. We are a community that values the power of action, engagement, and participation, both inside and outside of the classroom.

Our unique holistic education is built around four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values provide a framework for community life for our international student body, which includes students from over sixty different countries with diverse academic backgrounds and a wide range of future aspirations.

With curricular programs available in both English and French, students graduate with either an IB or High School Diploma. The small class sizes allow for a flexible program, and our staff are encouraged and supported to introduce innovative ideas in all that they do.

OUR COMMUNITY

Our location in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon offers an enviable lifestyle, with access to skiing in the winter and a multitude of outdoor and sporting activities throughout the year. Cultural adventures and inspirations are easily accessible in nearby Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva.

The Beau Soleil campus is an inspiring workplace with unrivaled facilities. Our ongoing campus development and maintenance program ensures that our students and staff thrive in an environment of which they can be justly proud.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our community. Working closely with the Housemaster/mistress (HM) and Deputy Housemaster/mistress (DHM), you will help foster a warm and supportive atmosphere—a true “home away from home” where students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to reach their full potential.

As a constant presence in the house, you will play an essential role in the daily lives of our students, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. Whether assisting with studies, participating in evening activities, or simply sharing everyday moments, your contribution will help make boarding life both meaningful and memorable.

This residential position presents a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant international community and gain valuable experience in pastoral care, education, and youth development. It is particularly suited to recent graduates or young professionals who are compassionate, responsible, and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.

At Beau Soleil, you will help shape an environment where kindness and effort are celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and every student feels truly at home—a place where both students and staff can grow and flourish.
